Stomach Cramps

Stomach cramps are often associated with excess wind and a bloated feeling in the stomach. You may feel quite sickly and it may or may not be accompanied by diarrhoea.


Our Advice

  • Eat small meals regularly whilst sitting up straight.
  • Avoid spicy or fatty foods.
  • Eat more fibre.
  • Reduce your alcohol intake and avoid fizzy drinks.
  • If symptoms occur regularly, ask our pharmacist for advice.
