Visiting our pharmacies during the Covid-19 pandemic
Rowlands Pharmacies are open and here to provide you with the medicines and products you need during the Covid-19 pandemic, but there are some important things you need to know.
- Please do not come to the pharmacy if you suspect you have Covid-19: This puts other patients and our staff at risk. Please follow government guidance on testing and self-isolation
- Please respect social distancing and use contactless payments if possible: Branches have signage on the floor to help you follow social distancing (for people to remain 2 meters apart). Please follow the instructions of staff who are trying to keep other patients and themselves safe.
- Please wear a face covering and help yourself to hand sanitiser to keep you and our colleagues safe. We politely request that you wear a face covering whilst visiting our pharmacy, unless you are exempt.
- We cannot offer additional deliveries at this time: Before the Covid-19 pandemic our pharmacies were already at delivery capacity and delivered to housebound patients only. We are asking that new requests for prescription deliveries are instead picked up by a family member, friend, neighbour or community support group. Your local authority may also be able to provide you with some options for assistance with pick-up.
