Important information for customers trying to contact us during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our central governance team who handle our complaints is working hard to support our front line teams. As a result we may not be able to respond in our usual timeframes.

 

  • If you have queries regarding deliveries please be advised we are not currently able to take on any new patients who are not currently on our delivery service. Should you require someone to assist you we advise you to contact your local community groups, or review the government website https://www.gov.uk/  
  • If you are trying to reach one of our branches please be advised they are also experiencing extraordinarily high call volumes. We thank you for your patience and please be advised they will answer it as soon as they are able.
  • If you query is about Medication you are missing please refer to your local pharmacy.
  • If you need support on obtaining your medication please contact NHS 111 in England and Wales or NHS 24 in Scotland.

 

We always try to provide an excellent level of service at all of our Pharmacies, however we understand that on occasions we may not get things right! We value all feedback as this helps us to improve the patients experience for the future.
