I sat down yesterday afternoon and slowly pecked out my order, then hit the button.
A short time later, ping, I had an order received email. Six minutes later, an order despatched mail.
 
At 09:30 today, my local friendly postie stepped out in front of my car as I trundled off to do the weekly shop. He handed me a box, containing my order!
 
Now, that is what I call SERVICE!
