We use Royal Mail to despatch the vast majority of our products.
All private and NHS prescriptions are despatched via first class recorded delivery, thus require a signature.
We are not allowed to post any prescription medication to any address without obtaining a receiving signature, so if you know you are not going to be in, please arrange for the medicines to be delivered to another, more convenient address for you.
All NHS prescriptions have free postage and packaging.
For all other orders & prescriptions, postage and packaging is charged at a standard fee £2.95 per order, except for orders over £45 including VAT which are delivered free-of-charge. Please note, heavy/bulky items may be subject to extra delivery charges. In this event, we will contact you and advise you accordingly.

Orders are welcome from BFPO customers. There will be no extra postage charge on orders weighing not more than 2kg and no larger than 900mm, length, width and depth combined. Due to BFPO regulations, Rowlands Pharmacy are unable to despatch any products containing an aerosol mechanism.
Although Rowlands Pharmacy aims to offer you the best service possible, Rowlands Pharmacy makes no promise that the services and products will meet with your requirements. Postage and packing is currently charged at £2.95 per transaction. Any orders over £45 including VAT and NHS prescription medicines are delivered free of charge. Deliveries are normally despatched by Royal Mail and we will inform you by e-mail of the date and method of despatch. Please note that all prescription medicines are despatched by recorded delivery and will require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorised person is available to accept such a delivery.
The customer shall inspect the items immediately upon receipt and must notify Rowlands Pharmacy within seven calendar days of any discrepancy or any damaged goods.
Rowlands Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction.
You will be notified by email if Rowlands Pharmacy cancels your order or if your credit card has been declined.
For security reasons Rowlands Pharmacy will log your IP address. Details of all fraudulent transactions will be passed on to the relevant authorities.
