Docusate Sodium

Do not take if you are: - pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant or breast feeding - suffering from stomach pains, feeling sick, or have been sick in the last 24 hours - allergic to any of the ingredients - intolerant to a small quantity of sugar (sorbitol, fructose) - taking a mineral oil laxative (liquid paraffin) Consult a doctor if you need this medicine every day or have persistent stomach ache. If you accidentally overdose, drink lots of water and contact a doctor immediately. This medicine does not usually cause side-effects, but on rare occasions you may expreience diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal cramps or skin rash. If you experience side-effects which continue for more than a few days, consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the instructions.

Bisacodyl

Do not take if:
- You suffer from any of the following intestinal problems: ileus (bowel paralysis), intestinal obstruction, acute inflammatory bowel disease, acute appendicitis or any other surgical abdominal condition.
- You suffer from severe dehydration.
- You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or you are breast feeding.
- You are allergic to bisacodyl or any of the ingredients in the tablets.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if:
- You are currently taking diuretics or steriods,
- You have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars.

Do not use under 10 years of age.

Milk and antacids should not be taken one hour before and after these tablets.

As with all laxatives, these tablets should not be taken on a continuous daily basis for more than five days. If you need a laxative every day or if you have persistent abdominal pain, you should see your doctor.

Senna

Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if: - Laxatives are needed every day, - You have persistent abdominal pain, - You accidentally take too many tablets. - You have been told you have an intolerance to some sugars. Do not take if: - Your abdomen is tender to the touch or hurts when you move, - You have sharp or persistent stomach pain. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Consult your doctor if there is no bowel movement within three days of taking. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label.

Sodium picosulfate monohydrate

Not for use in patients with ileus, intestinal obstruction, acute surgical abdominal conditions such as appendicitis, acute inflammatory bowel disease and in severe dehydration.

For adults and children over the age of 10 years.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if:
- You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or you are breast feeding,
- You are currently taking diuretics or steriods.
- You are currently taking a course of antibiotics.

As with all laxatives this product should not be taken on a continuous daily basis for more than five days. If you need a laxative every day, or if you have persistent abdominal pain, you should see a doctor.

Senna glycosides

Do not take if:
- You have, or suspect you may have, a blockage in your intestine,
- If there is any bleeding or persistent abdominal systoms.
- You have an ileostomy or a colostomy.
- If you suffer from these or any other intestinal disorders.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if:
- You have had recent bowel surgery,
- You are pregnant or breast feeding.

Prolonged use should be avoided. This product should not be taken if a laxative is needed every day or there is persistent abdominal pain - consult your doctor.

Not recommended for children under 6 years.

Senna 15mg

Do not take if: - Your abdomen is tender to the touch or hurts when you move. - If you have sharp or persistent stomach pains. Consult your doctor if: - Laxatives are needed every day, or abdominal pain persists. - You have been told that you have an intolerance to some sugars as the product contains lactose. You may experience temporary mild stomach pains after taking these tablets. If you have these or any other symptoms after taking this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label.
