Help is at hand with the Breastlight - it's a new product that allows you to see inside your breasts. Its a hand held tool for use by woman at home to aid breast awareness, simply by shining the light through the breast tissue you can check your breasts - so as well as feeling for lumps and bumps you can also see if there are any  dark spots or shadows. these should be followed up with a doctor. Breastlight is not an alternative to attending mammogram screening. With the breastlight over 80% of women have told us they feel more confident and more aware of their breasts.
