Payment Issues

We use a payment provider to deal with all payments.

Please be aware that if a refund is required it can take several days for the credit to be acknowledged by the issuing bank. Unfortunately this is standard; however you will receive immediate notification via Rowlands that a refund has been conducted for your records.

If your whole order cannot be fulfilled immediately we will contact you via email to ensure that this meets with your approval or to arrange a full or partial refund.
