Description
Stomach cramps are often associated with excess wind and a bloated feeling in the stomach. You may feel quite sickly and it may or may not be accompanied by diarrhoea.
Our Advice
Eat small meals regularly whilst sitting up straight.
Avoid spicy or fatty foods.
Eat more fibre.
Reduce your alcohol intake and avoid fizzy drinks.
If symptoms occur regularly, ask our pharmacist for advice.
