Hayfever is the body's allergic response to the pollen of trees, grasses and plants. It can affect the nose, eyes and chest. Some symptoms that occur are itchy eyes, runny nose, blocked nose or sneezing.

Our Advice
  • Start taking the treatment before the season starts and continue to take it throughout.
  • Avoid going outside at times of the day when the pollen count is high.
  • Keep your windows and doors shut as much as possible throughout the hayfever season
  • You may need more than one product to control your hayfever symptoms. This is normal.
  • Some hayfever products cause drowsiness. If you are taking a medicine which causes drowsiness, do not drive or operate machinery.
  • Decongestant sprays and drops should be used for no longer than seven days.
  • Bathe the eyes regularly with an eye lotion to help soothe them.
  • If you cannot get your hayfever under control, ask our pharmacist for advice.
